By registering for any class, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
All class registrations are final and non-refundable once scheduled. A refund will only be issued if cancellation notice is received at least seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled class start date and time.

The official cancellation time is based on the timestamp when the message is received on our system (not when sent). Failure to receive a confirmation reply does not void this policy.
Requests received within 72 hours of class start time are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
No-call / no-show students are not eligible for a refund.
Students may reschedule one time without penalty if requested at least 72 hours before class start time.
Requests made within 72 hours require a $150 rescheduling fee, which must be paid before a new date is assigned.
A $150 rescheduling fee is required before rebooking. Rebooking is permitted one (1) time only, and the student must wait for the next available open seat. Placement is subject to availability and is not guaranteed for any specific date.
Students must arrive in full required safety gear. Failure to meet dress code requirements will result in dismissal from class. In such cases:

Guaranteed placement in the next available class may be secured with an additional $249 expedited placement fee.
